1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Lucky 10-Spot application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that participation in paid game rooms is legal in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the App complies with applicable local, state, and federal laws.

3. How the Game Works

Lucky 10-Spot is a game day scratch card game. Players join 10-player game rooms tied to specific football games. Each player is randomly assigned a hidden number (0–9). Hidden numbers are revealed at the 2-minute warning before the end of each half. Winners are determined by the last digit of the combined score at the end of the 1st half and at the end of the game. Numbers are reshuffled between halves.

4. Fees & Payments

• Season Pass: A one-time $5 fee is required to access all games for the season, including regular season, playoffs, and the Super Bowl.
• Game Entry Fee: Each game room requires a separate entry fee ($10 for regular season, $20–$40 for playoffs and Super Bowl).
• Payouts: Winners are paid via Venmo after each round. You must have a valid Venmo account linked to your profile to receive payouts.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

If a game room does not reach 10 players by 30 minutes before kickoff, the room is cancelled and all entry fees are refunded in full. Season pass fees are non-refundable. If a game is postponed or cancelled by the league, entry fees for that game will be refunded.

6. Fair Play & Honor System

For the inaugural 2026 season, Lucky 10-Spot operates on an honor system. All number assignments are randomized by the App. Players agree not to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the game mechanics. We reserve the right to suspend or ban any account suspected of fraudulent activity.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your Venmo handle up to date.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lucky 10-Spot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to: missed payouts due to incorrect Venmo information, game cancellations, technical issues, or disputes between players. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in entry fees for the specific game in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding associated with Lucky 10-Spot are the property of Lucky 10-Spot. Lucky 10-Spot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Football League (NFL) or any of its member teams. All team names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, any pending payouts owed to you will be honored, but no refunds will be issued for the season pass.
